What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Roof Boutique assesses every job in person to give the most precise price possible. Although roofs have unforeseen expenses, we do our best to include everything required for the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you contact us, we schedule the first appointment with you. If your roof requires replacement, we schedule a second appointment to go over all aspects related to your job. If your roof requires simple repairs, we will discuss the job specifications at the first visit.
Once your job is scheduled, you'll be notified every step of the way. We strive on constant communication regarding your roof.
After completion, we provide photos of everything that was completed at your home.
