Francisco is a professional in every sense of the word. He timely in his response to conduct an onsite inspection. While his quote was not the lowest, the quality of the work was more than worth the price. His communication is excellent. He was scheduled to arrive on Saturday but was able to accommodate our request and showed up on Friday. He is skilled with irrigation and plumbing and kept me fully apprised of his progress. Once the replacement of the back flow valve was completed, he patiently took the time to inspect and adjust (if needed), each of the sprinkler heads in our yard. He also offered advice as to watering times per zone. I was extremely impressed with DropTec and I would sincerely recommend them to any home or business owner. Thank you, Francisco!

Francisco did an excellent job. We really didnt know what was wrong with our system and he diagnosed it, fixed it and ordered parts to fix anothr item. Communicated well and explained things to me clearly.

I had a great experience with this irrigation company. They showed up in about 25 minutes after I called, which honestly surprised me. Someone had run over part of my irrigation system in my front yard and caused damage to the controller for the manual timer along with two zones. Water was actively running, so it wasn’t something that could wait. They quickly assessed the issue, knew exactly what needed to be done, and got everything repaired without dragging it out or trying to upsell anything. The system is now working properly again, and you can’t even tell there was damage. Professional, fast, and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone dealing with irrigation issues.
