- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices range from size of pool, how deep the pool is, and the type of water chlorine or salt.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To see the pool and system before giving a final quote and arranging a day to begin, unless the customer wants me to begin right away. If it’s a green pool I require payment upfront as chemicals can be expensive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor in Business Management, Master’s in Business Management currently. Retired navy gave me discipline, time management, and attention to detail.
