I can’t say enough good things about Organic Pools and Spas, from the day I asked them to come out and look at my pool they have been nothing but GREAT! They show up when they say they are coming, do a very thorough job, they let me know when something isn’t working right, able to fix it and took care of it! Organic Pools and Spas definitely goes the extra mile for their customers because they truly care and their work ethic is one you don’t find often! I am so grateful I have them taking care of my pool and spa!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices range from size of pool, how deep the pool is, and the type of water chlorine or salt.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To see the pool and system before giving a final quote and arranging a day to begin, unless the customer wants me to begin right away. If it’s a green pool I require payment upfront as chemicals can be expensive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor in Business Management, Master’s in Business Management currently. Retired navy gave me discipline, time management, and attention to detail.
