- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I need to see the job first to indicate the pricing to best fit every project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss what time I will see their project. When we meet, we discuss details about the job they need done. Then, I give a reasonable price for the project. I get to know the customer’s best times and create a fitting schedule. I am very flexible. I buy the best materials needed for the job and get started as planned. I don’t leave the job until it’s 100% finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this type of work for over 20 years, starting with working with my my dad to working for JKF Floor & Decor. In between these 20 years, I have worked for some of the best companies in the area, including Greenbuilt, Bill Fenwick Plumbing, and Middle East America. I am licensed and insured for everything I do.
