- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to complete 3-4 workshops a year, numerous independent studies, I read Scott Kelby books and subscribe to the Professional Photographers of American magazine.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My primary income is generated through wedding photography. I also work as a portrait photographer and do headshots, couples portraiture and event photography.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When comparing prices, understand that you may often be comparing apples to oranges in quality. Digital photography has no barriers to entry and many snapshot artists with no training are closing weddings at cut-rate prices and leaving the couple with overexposed, poorly framed photos of their special day. Examine competitors work, experience and affiliations before comparing costs.
