- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require deposits for installs to cover the cost of equipment, and overhead to ensure if a customer does not keep their end of the bargain, we do not go under. If the area is further than one hour away, then we will charge our hourly rate for the drive home, we also will remove the service fees for jobs we get paid for, pricing can fluctuate on units in parts due to shortages. And we will work with you on pricing. We also offer financing. Installs come with chain year manufacturer warranties and one-year warranty’s on labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hook up our state of the art, diagnostic software to the system to prevent any Freon loss and let it run its course to narrow down the problem instead of purchasing one thing after another to find out what’s wrong.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Schooling, multiple years of working, installing service scene in business ownership. Some college, and we use state of the art diagnostic software.
