We use Practice Panther to update clients with new court filings and reminders for court or mediation dates. In Basecamp, we invite a client to view the project including the to-do list and the area where we brainstorm the strategy, or engage by commenting on documents or ideas or posting documents or thoughts themselves. We practice family law, bankruptcy law, and we provide business counseling which includes: Corporate formation Business entity counseling Bookkeeping Tax Preparation Accounting Contract Preparation/Review Contract Disputes Negotiation and Litigation I like the counselor/confidante part of being a lawyer. As the owner of a small firm, I have the opportunity to maximize this benefit the most by interacting one on one with my clients through technology and face to face meetings. I have the time to get to know my clients as more than just the case right in front of me. I also like learning new facets of the law while helping others.
