- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My instruction is organized and structured, infused with passion and commitment to excellence. "Fun" is an important key factor, too and we will have fun acquiring the new language and getting better --- lesson by lesson! I personally teach German; my wonderful teachers specialize on Spanish. We conduct a first (free!) orientation session and then like to do a pre-paid package of 8 or 10 lessons.

Master's degree from University Graz, Austria
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew that I wanted to become an instructor while still being in high-school myself. I LOVE to share knowledge and see my students grow - on the subject matter as well as in their confidence level.
