My experience with Derek was top tier. The struggle with being in a big city is actually finding a company that cares. And also one in which will get your project done in a timely manner. Derek not only walked us thru the process, but even checked up on us to see if there was anything else he could do. The professionalism and attentiveness to detail is all I could ask for. Especially seeing as though im active duty military and my communication could be spotty at times. But he understood and worked with me until we were able to complete the survey.
