- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $10 per notarial signature as allowed by Florida Law, for Single item notarial acts. ***Signing Agent, Wills, Trusts, Wedding Solemnizing, Multi- Signature Package fees are separate rates from single notarial signatures, as these are set package rates independent of typical notarial acts. Please reach out to me for these set rates for this service or any similar large package documents. Separately, I charge mobile fees for mileage over 3 miles from my zip code of 33598 and based on the "Meet at" address. Many want a mobile notary and are several miles away, so this is necessary, given time, traffic, gas, and booked appointments in a day. As well as if you cannot provide a witness or witnesses based on your form's criteria, I do charge you per witness to you in addition to the travel, as a separate service, in order to bring them with me to your chosen location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on what is needed. In some instances, if the file is large, I will ask for the documents to be emailed to me to look at in advance, to count how many signatures are needed, and to make sure all is in order, or if witnesses are needed. I will always ask in advance for the "meet at" address to make sure we are on the same page in both timing of appointments and mobile fees, if over the 3-mile "included" zone from my zip code.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 20 years of Real Estate experience. I am Certified, Bonded and a Commissioned State of Florida Notary Public, a Certified ** Loan Signing Agent. All are meant to compliment one another in both Mobile Notary, Signing Agent and future RON services for whatever option is desired.
