Hi, I’m Courtney — founder and mixologist behind cko collective! 🍸
After years in PR + events, I opened and operated a nationally recognized cocktail bar in Wilmington, NC before selling it and making St. Pete home. I launched cko collective to bring that same cocktail-bar experience directly to private events throughout Tampa Bay. I love working with people to create a bar experience that feels like *them* — from personalized signature cocktails to elevated classics their guests will love!
For me, it’s about more than pouring drinks. The bar is one of the places your guests will visit again and again, and I want every trip to be part of the experience. People always comment on my energy behind the bar — it’s fun, infectious and something I genuinely love bringing to every event!
Pair that with beautifully crafted cocktails using fresh citrus, housemade syrups and quality ingredients, plus signature cocktails designed around you, and the bar becomes part of the celebration — not just where you grab a drink.

Ive had the pleasure of enjoying Courtneys cocktails at several different events, and every single time theyve been outstanding. She is hands down the best mobile bartender in the Tampa Bay area.What really sets her apart is the quality of her drinks. She uses fresh ingredients, makes many of her own syrups and mixers from scratch, and you can truly taste the difference. Every cocktail is perfectly balanced, flavorful, and beautifully presented. She clearly puts so much care into every detail.Most recently, I hired CKO Collective for a private mixology class, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Courtney arrived completely prepared with everything we needed, making the entire experience effortless and stress-free. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. She was organized, personable, and made the class so much fun while teaching us how to make incredible cocktails.Whether youre looking for a bartender for an event or a unique experience like a mixology class, I cant recommend Courtney and CKO Collective enough.
