FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Similar to a tuition model used when taking college courses or enrolling in a private school, payment is due before the start of services and you will have a flat monthly rate. That way, you'll never be surprised by a higher invoice for months that are longer, and you will be able to plan your monthly expenses since the rate will not fluctuate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can contact me to set up a phone call or Zoom meeting where I will listen to the needs you have for your child, and explain how tutoring sessions work. Then we will set up an assessment session on Zoom. Once payment has been settled, the assessment results will be sent to you and options for meeting days will be discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from University of South Florida, seven years classroom teaching experience, certified at the Associate level with practicum through the Orton Gillingham Academy.
