I email that to the customer and they click a link to pay. The store will put the order together and I will pick it up to deliver to the customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the trade of tile and flooring for 15 years. I was certified in 2023 by the national tile association to install porcelain slabs (3'x10')
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When it comes to tile, especially showers, it is crucial to have someone that does every step and does them correctly. Too many people in this industry skip steps and rush to get their jobs done. a job could look ok to the naked eye but if they didn't install it correctly, you'll end up with grout coming loose, tiles cracking etc. if it's a shower, the chances of the waterproofing being adequate are low, leading to many problems including mold behind your tile.
