Mr.Nick, responded quickly, and even though we changed our minds about repairing the slider and the window, after consultation with him, and decided to proceed with our contractor’s advising to change them, he still was very polite, and advised us on the best quality to choose when installing new product! We appreciate your advice, and time!

Although I didn’t end up hiring Nick for the project, due to a misalignment in availability, he was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Being out of state and managing a property remotely, it is a challenge to coordinate between contractors and tenants, but Nick made it painless. Had his availability lined up more with my timeline, I would’ve been happy to hire him for the job. I will reach out to him for future projects for sure.
