- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is broken down into three stages. The reason for this is that it allows my clients to only pay for the services that are required for their case. I charge a flat fee, a fee for motions to suppress / motions in limine / motions to dismiss and a fee for trial. Probably half of the cases are resolved with just the upfront fee allowing me to provide my service for a reduced cost. My fee structure prevents my clients from paying for services that are not necessary for their case.
