Mack did a great job taking photos of my baby. Even in spite of my baby being fussy and not ready for all the pictures, I still got loads of good photos of my baby.

Mack did a job for Skybok recently, who was tasked with creating a dynamic Memorial Day PR Photo Series for Social Media for our client, Altstadt Brewery. He was punctual, willing to drive out of town, and he charged a very competitive rate for this! As a result, he will receive repeat business from us! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per project or per hour. Usually my per project price works out lower for many mid to large size projects, websites, or campaigns. My hourly rates: print 30-70 dollars an hour photography 70 dollars per hour video 75 - 125 per hour web 100 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A good casual discussion about the project is how I start. I like to hear about what the client wants, then talk specifics and technical aspects. In this way I see what the client sees and I find a way to achieve it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two advance degrees in graphic communications with a major in art direction and a minor in marketing/history.
