Brian did a great job of installing our new Dishwashers. I would highly recommend this company for your home appliance repair. We bought this from Sam’s Club which included free delivery and installation, however they sent someone out who didn’t know what he was doing and was unable to install it. After making many calls and emails to Sam’s Club, their very poor customer service would never get back to me. So, after two weeks of it sitting in my kitchen, I got fed up and called Coastal Appliance Outlet and Brian came out two hours later and did a fantastic job of installing the machine. He even took the old Dishwasher away too (Sam’s Club was supposed to do that too). I put this number into my phone because I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks again, Mike

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are responsive, honest, professional and I’d consider them experts in their field—I had first called a bigger company before coming to thumbtack and they had told me they can’t fix it, that the entire motor would need to be replaced. Looking at a replacement it was about $1800, so I wanted to try a second opinion first. So I called coastal and they sent me Brian to assess. Brian found the issue was a piece that needed to be replaced and they were able to fix my machine. This tells me that they know every piece of the appliances well enough to diagnose any issue and fix it, which is hard to find. I am so grateful they are also the most responsive company I reached out to, came on time every single time, and had my machine running perfectly so quickly.

We are locals in the Santa Rosa Beach area, and have a couple of rentals, One of our rentals stove went out and we were gonna head to Home Depot to purchase a stove and have to wait multiple days to have it delivered. My husband said why dont you put in Google appliance places near you? Well low and behold there is a brand new place open and this place is freaking awesome! Kenny and Michelle were so helpful to us by getting a stove immediately That they have there in their shop. We were in between doctors appointments for my husband, and Kenny volunteered to go to Ace to get new plugs and then install them so that we could be rest assured when my renter picked it up that it would be working correctly. This is a brand new place guys with quite a bit of inventory for a small business. I wont shop anywhere else for my appliances from now on! Kenny and Michelle went over And above to see that we were happy and satisfied. And the prices were very comparable to other places. I would recommend given this new small business a try. I know I wont go anywhere else

The technician was outstanding in diagnosing the issues that precluded my dishwasher from functioning properly. He arrived early and was courteous throughout the diagnosis, as he explored various avenues to determine the root cause of the failure of my dishwasher to dispense water during its run cycle. He identified the parts needed correct the problem and cost estimates for them.
