I am a Venue Manager and worked with Shawn in preparation for a wedding. She was very responsible and kept me informed throughout the lead up to the wedding. She had a wonderful bartender who stayed late to help with clean up and to secure the building. Enjoyed working with her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have numerous package deals, BUT I really LOVE TALKING TO BRIDES EITHER BY PHONE OR APPOINTMENTS.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give you a printed timeline to use to guide us both for a general impression of size, style, budget, and general information of the wedding day. This also let's me know how much planning has been done prior to our meeting. I require a deposit to secure the date on my calendar once we sign a contract. The image of you I want to capture is passion, love, happiness of a beautiful couple.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Event and Wedding Planner Certification BS Degree in both Business Marketing and Fashion Design from FSU Event Planners Association National Association of Professional Women Event Planners Association 10 years of experience before I started my own business
