Terrible service. Arthur with D&A Constrn could care less about following through with his word. I scheduled him for a gutter estimate and right off the bat didn’t show up for that on time. Then he promised to send me the estimate by that afternoon or the next day. Days went by with no estimate so I sent a text only to be told that he would have it to me that day. That was over a week ago and I still haven’t received anything from Arthur. My thoughts on this is if this is the kind of service I can expect before they would have been paid what would it be like after they already had my money. I’m glad I didn’t go with these guys. Two days ago I called another gutter company, they came out already and this morning I had an estimate which I accepted. I would never recommend D&A Constrn and would suggest anybody thinking about them move on and save yourself the time and aggravation.
Details: Install new gutters (no existing gutters) • 2,000 - 3,000 sq ft • Two-story building • Residential • I would like the pro to buy the gutter materials
