Manuela did a great job when it comes to attention to detail. She listens and understands when it comes to the customers wants and needs. She cleaned everything spotless from my bathrooms to my stove, floors, and my couch! This is the first time she cleaned my house and blows away the competitors! Couldn’t be happier with the move out cleaning. She was very accommodating and did an once job. We have a black hair dog and the fur gets everywhere. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair based on the quality of work We provide. We take great pride in my work and never cut corners. We work this way, our base price is calculated by the number of rooms, baths, house condition, size and what have to be donet his is your base price that you will get through app. We then will give the final price once we see your home in person. We make the schedule to do the cleaning, we come to look at the place and see in what condition the house is in, the size and what has to be done, and I'll give you the final price Before starting . Normally we can keep the standard price. I'll give you the full and final price before I start work, but you have no obligation to accept and there is no cost if we do not make the deal. We do this every day and our goal is to satisfy our customers. the first cleaning will always be a deep cleaning ( Fundation Cleaning) , if you want maintenance, monthly, biweekly or weekly, we will offert a great rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I give an estimate based on the description of your house and you are interested in hiring me, I do a free in person estimate. I will look at your house and listen to exactly what you want done. I will give you my final quote and you will decide if you want to proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been extremely into cleaning and everything looking tidy in my own home. I have experience over 8 years of experience cleaning other people’s homes.
