Thank you for your review and for recognizing our quick response time and fair pricing. We would like to clarify a few points for future customers. The drain rock area was intentionally left partially dirt so your trash cans could be rolled without having to travel through loose rock. The gravel work was also outside the original scope of the concrete project and was completed as an added courtesy. Regarding the lawn, our scope was to install a properly graded concrete driveway. The existing yard was significantly higher in the center, and matching that grade would have resulted in an uneven driveway. Regrading the lawn was not included in the project. As for the small amount of leftover concrete, our normal process is to place any excess concrete in a temporary location, allow it to harden, and remove it the following morning when we return to strip forms and complete final cleanup. Before we returned, it had already been placed in your trash can, so we never had the opportunity to remove it ourselves. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve.
