Introduction: Are you injured, recovering from surgery or looking to get in shape? If you answered yes to any of these, I can be of assistance. I currently work as an Athletic Trainer with the 7th Special Forces Group. As a member of the THOR3 Sports Medicine team, I'm responsible for performing post operative rehab on over 95% of all of our patients and am in daily contact with surgeons at Eglin AFB. I have worked with over 150 post operative patients since January 2018, from rotator cuff repairs, ACL reconstructions, total hip replacements and everything in between. I will work with you in person or online to help come up with a therapy plan that I will empower you to do on your own, so that you are successful when I'm not around or available. I hold national certifications as an Athletic Trainer (ATC) thru the National Athletic Trainers Association - Board of Certficiation (NATABOC) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) thru the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA).

I like to know what issues the customer is having or if they have had a recent surgery, what was the date of surgery, who performed the operation and what are your goals post surgery/injury. If not recovering from injury, what else do you need assistance with?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree (BS) from the University of West Florida in Physical Education Specializing in Athletic Training and a master's degree (MS) from the University of South Carolina in Physical Education - Athletic Training. I have 2 national level certifications that I'm required to maintain continuing education units (CEU's) every 2 years.
