Could tell right away, he is the right person doing the right thing he enjoys taking care of aquariums. Very professional, there's passion shown doing it, super excellent communication and quality work. My kids were happy upon returning from school to see the aquarium. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is about one dollar per gallon. what floor, how far from the truck, access times type of filter, and many other factors. I have serviced all sizes of tanks including tanks then required scuba gear.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I say hi to the fish, then assess the water condition, decor and filtration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied a lot of biology, chemistry and zoology. Besides being a biology nerd, I attend lots of trade show and training. You tube has lately been a way of keeping up with the latest advances in fish keeping.
