Nick and his installation team were very responsive. He arrived on time for his sales appointment and provided a large number of beautiful materials and options for the living room window and the sliding glass door window coverings that I needed. The lead time was about 4 to 6 weeks for the customized window coverings. I would advise the team to please reach out with weekly updates or at least biweekly updates on anticipated delivery and to remain in touch the day of installation to provide any updates on exact timing for arrival.
