Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Since 2001, I have been doing home, insurance, mold, radon, water inspections under my own company. I already had the logos and shirts done before I left school. I have a wide background in construction which started at 12 building sky-rise villas and apartments in Phoenicia, NY. I was a backup carpenter in Clear Lake, Texas. I installed floor joists in the chainsawed out creosote pylons between the South Texas sun and the creosote. We proudly wore second-degree burns, with good money, 78 tied rebar under the foundation of the Vail/Lionshead bus station. While trying to get on the Burlington Northern Railroad, I had to move out to McCook, Nebraska, where I built my first barn. After being a gandy dancer on the B&N every winter, the ballast, ties and other parts were frozen. So I went off to build a pre-fab condo in Breckenridge but had a failure to communicate, so I hitched over the divide on I-70 to Grand Junction, made a right and landed in Rangley Co., working with two-dozen friends on the oil rigs as a Derrick hand. I got recalled in 3/81 to B.N. I was one of the best dancers on the gandy and am the guy who made the tools, like tongs, long bar, and track gauge but the work got done, swinging a 10-pound spike maul. Only one guy could beat me in hits per spike, but I could place a dime on the head of the spike, and with four good hits, the new spike was in the new tie and that time was still sitting on top of the spike. I got back to home. I have hung rock and slapped mud. I did remodeling and built bars and nightclubs in the '80s, from LA to Iowa. The latest thing I did was working as an adjuster during the '04 mega year. Nobody was buying a home that summer, so what else am I going to do? If you have any question on a home or any other structure, call/text me. I'll be glad to help.
