- What types of customers have you worked with?
As a Full Service IT Provider with High level Microsoft Certifications I am Experienced in all Server and Client operating systems. As well as Password resets, Network Design, setup and repair, Hardware and software expert, Virtualization expert, Printer/copier/scanner experts. Physical to Virtual conversions, VPN tunnels, PDAs and Wireless access points, WYFY Mesh systems, Comprehensive Virus cleaning and damage repair, Disaster recovery systems, Forensic data recovery and etcetera.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1)Do not pay in advance for services. 2)Only pay in advance for hardware if you are orderring it directly from the manufacturer or distributor and the item will be delivered to your home or business. 3) Check for certifications. Anyone can get a BA in computer sciences and still have little or no real experience in the field. Certifications from Cisco/Microsoft/Apple/Juniper/Comptia and etcetera show that the individual has been in the industry long enough to acquire the knowlegde required to pass the riggorous testing required to obtain these certifications.
