Now you can dictate on your iPhone and send your audio files to Sarasota Transcriptions with the touch of a button! Truly, dictation on the go! I am happy to help you set it up at no additional charge, (even if it requires a personal visit), just call and ask for details! Pricing is designed with the client in mind in order to save you money and keep the guessing at a minimum. Sarasota Transcriptions' prices start at $1.50 per audio minute, (most files fall into this category). Charging clients a flat transcription rate for each recorded minute of audio prevents line counts, page counts, work hours, et cetera, from causing surprises when your bill arrives. By publishing transcription rates on our site, there are no surprises when you get your bill. Shortly after you place your order, you will be contacted with an expected delivery date and time, as well as an estimated billing amount. Unless there are changes in your order, you can expect your transcript to arrive on time, and your bill to arrive as estimated when you place your order. Try Sarasota Transcriptions for free and decide for yourself! Every new client receives their first 15 minutes of audio transcribed for free! You only have 15 minutes of audio to be transcribed? Perfect! I will transcribe it for free. You have more than 15 minutes of audio to be transcribed? Charges for the first 15 minutes will be deducted from your total bill. That is a minimum savings of $22.50! I am certain that you will be so pleased with my services that you will be back with all of your transcription needs. Call or visit the Sarasota Transcriptions website for details. Satisfaction guaranteed!

As a physician writing extensive reports, I assume that I presented a challenge of vocabulary to Pam...not so! She was letter perfect except for some last names which she had no way of knowing. Her reports were accurate, neat, timely. Pam herself couldn't have been more accommodating, coming to my office to set up technology. The rest has been history...one report after the next. Thank you for being such a professional, Pam

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a transcription provider, find one that you can communicate well with. Don't be intimidated and feel you have to be a large client or you have to have a lot of work to be done. Each client is unique and has a unique set of needs and each assignment is equally as important as another regardless of its size or topic. If you need transcription done that you feel might be "different" or "unusual" in content, style, or format, or it may demand special instructions, don't be afraid to ask as most transcriptionists are very accommodating and discrete. Confidentiality should always be of the utmost importance to your transcriptionist. I equate it to attorney/client or doctor/patient confidentiality; you never speak of or share the content of any transcript or assignment or client information or affiliation unless required by law.
