I complained at first, but it was a pure misunderstanding with a bit of miscommunication, which is a huge relief as it was not intentional. They came back immediately and resolved the issues I had. Breath Easy did a really nice job on my couch. My old Lab had licked it too death and the technician tried really, really hard to get it cleaned up. Most of it looks like new and what doesn't is no fault of the company but of my Lab.

Trustworthy and professional. I left my home open for them and they went in, completed the job and I was able come home to a clean carpet. This was a rental property where the tenant had a dog. There was no signs of a dog or even one stain or odor once cleaned.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have over 5 years experience in this field. We saw there was a need to make homes safe for families. Air ducts, carpet and upholstery are breeding grounds for bacteria, dander, dust mites and even mold and your family is breathing this polluted air everyday. Also dryer vents are one of the leading causes of house fires.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The company you choose should be licensed and insured. Also make sure the company has the proper machinery to complete your job.
