I loved going to my Yin and Restore class with Haley. I have a medical condition that restricts my movements and Haley was very empathetic. Helped with ideas on how I could modify the poses. She also possesses a great spiritual light and energy. Made the classes enjoyable and looked forward to classes. Thank you Haley!!

Haley embodies the yoga practice. Her gentle tone, compassion, and centered wisdom flows naturally. This offers a safe space to relax within ones Self. As the teacher, she is attuned to the needs of the student, offering multiple minor adjustments and helpful usage of props. Haley illuminates all she meets. It is a special joy to practice with her.

I immediately get you set up on a call to chat and see if we're a good fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained in Rishikesh India, where I studied as I lived there for three months and received my certification in kundalini yoga. I now teach vinyasa, and yin yoga and guide classes specified on your desired results.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey began at age 14. My best friend's mom was a yogini, and my greatest inspiration. I had already loved stretching as a life long dancer, and adding all of the other aspects of yoga had me instantly in love.
