We are a locally owned and operated, licensed construction and property management LLC. We work hard for ourselves and for you. This is very important to us so we strive for excellence and perfect work! Your satisfaction is the number one concern. We specialize in fencing, painting, doing all handy work, cabinets, plumbing, framing and etc all the way to welding. Not only do we do small projects, but we have completed many large complete remodel jobs. It is always fun and exciting and we would rather be doing nothing else... besides surfing of course!

Wonderful job. Showed up on time and did great work. No sloppy workmanship. Would hire him for any job. While talking to him I found out not only can he paint, he does carpentry work, electrical, plumbing, flooring .... can even lay a sprinkler system. Jack of all trades! You would not go wrong hiring Noble Properties!

Jared Noble is a perfectionist and would not depart until the new doorway was immaculately completed...he decided to come back the next morning to allow certain caulks to dry properly...this, after working an entire day on the doorway in a hot sun...he's a tremendously talented worker at a very fair price...and an extremely nice person...we are very pleased and I have already planned other projects with Jared... Anyone who ignores Jared Noble in their search for help will regret not hiring him...Highly recommended... I plan to call Jared for all projects in the future...
