Job was to remove and replace a dilapidated attic staircase ladder. Nick was responsive to the request, asked the most sensible questions of all the bidders and responded quickly with a detailed bid for parts, labor, removal and availability - something I wasn’t getting from other Pros.
Nick sourced the ladder for me and made the purchase and pickup on my behalf. Installation of the new staircase presented some challenges but you wouldn’t know it the way Nick expertly worked through the issues. A couple of hours later, we had a brand new functioning aluminum staircase ladder - something I’d been missing for several years!!
Couldn’t be happier with the job AND the reasonable price! I will most definitely keep Home Break Handyman Services at the top of my list for future jobs and will most certainly refer Nick to friends an family in the local area. Well done Nick!

Nick with Home Break Handyman Services helped our family build the perfect nursery! He hung ceiling fans, shelves, put together furniture and perfectly applied the cutest wallpaper. But our favorite part has to be the baby’s new closest he built! Can’t recommend enough, extremely professional!
