- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General handyman labor is billed at $85 per hour with a $100 on-site work minimum. Materials and fixed-price services are additional as quoted. On-site estimates have an $85 trip fee. Technical consultations have a $125 minimum and technical work is billed at $125 per hour unless quoted otherwise. The applicable trip or consultation fee is waived when you approve the estimate and remains due if you decline it. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what you want to accomplish, reviewing photos or scheduling an on-site assessment when needed, and confirming the scope, priorities, budget, and timing. You receive a clear plan before work begins. During the project, we communicate progress, protect the work area, and address questions promptly. We finish with a walkthrough so you can confirm the result meets your expectations.
