FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult to have a standard pricing for social media and email marketing. Still, we usually like to stick to a minimum of $250 a month (flat-fee) for each social media platform (excluding Instagram since this platform entails photo editing). Still, as we have stated it is very hard to have a standard pricing system since every clients needs are different. The more structured the request, the easier it is to offer a standardized pricing structure. All copy-writing and design projects are priced at $40 per hour (ghost written print articles and blog posts, marketing brochures, company manuals, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in our process is to learn as much about the culture and direction of the new client. We pride ourselves on becoming your "virtual" team member. Many times a remote worker does not understand how to connect with the true voice of the business they are doing work for. With that being said, we will not begin working on any project without extensive communication with the new client. Sometimes new clients perceive this as a nuisance or too time-consuming since we are very detailed in building a solid foundation for the new project. In those cases, we will kindly suggest they find another source for what they need. We simply do not feel this is something that can be compromised. There are a lot of elements to consider in any job. Even something as simple as a request for management of a Facebook page can carry many questions that need to be addressed. - How many posts are you expecting? - Are you going to rely purely on organic reach or will there be a budget for paid advertising? - Will the client be providing any specific guidelines for content (events, sales, etc.) or will this be mostly procured content in line with their brand and company culture? After the initial "onboarding" stage we will continue to be available for any client questions, concerns, or directional suggestions. We have a solid foundation in project management and are more than adept at answering our emails and text expeditiously We will always provide progress reports through data aggregation and/or narrative-styled explanations (to give a real-world feel to the data you are receiving).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I (Vincent Tihoni) have Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida (UCF). My areas of study were in Professional Writing, Legal Studies and a minor in Mass Communication. I am currently pursuing an MBA in Internet Marketing at Florida Institute of Technology. I am Hubspot Certified in Inbound Marketing and continually pursue more certifications. My studies at UCF relied heavily on the art of Rhetoric and Modern Languages. The word rhetoric has spawned a negative connotation (thanks to politicians). In the truest sense of the word, rhetoric is an art form rooted in ancient Greece as a way to persuade and inform specific audiences in hopes to make them take a specific action. So although you don't see a marketing degree in my undergraduate work, my studies are perfectly suited for content marketing. The three elements of rhetoric consist of specific appeals to the ethos (ethics), pathos (emotions), and logos (logic) of the target audience. So, as you see, the modern relationship of the word "rhetoric" with seedy politicians or the like, are actually not accurate. So what, right? Well, what all of that means is that we know how to appeal to your target market by appealing to one of these three elements, but by never misleading or falsifying the content in which we create.
