I found my overall experience with this company outstanding! Bob arrived at the scheduled time frame and completed the repairs to the unit. He seemed very professional during this interaction and left the job site clean. In short, before he left the Air Conditioner was blowing cool air again, thanks Bob. Dennis in PSJ

Kathleen Taylor Dear Sirs: I understand that my review of Mr Robert Kristovich of Kool Air Inc. did not get published despite my redoing it after the first "no go." This will be the 3rd effort and a copy is being sent to Mr. Kristovich: We were extremely pleased with the work done by Mr. Kristovich of Kool Air Inc on our heating/cooling vents which were full of fungus. He was the most knowledgeable person I spoke with about the problem, and his work was thorough and reasonable. He even gives a 5 yr warrantee with his work. My husband noticed the difference in the air when he arrived home as the mustiness was gone. I have recommended him to family members already.
