- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly Rate is $149 per hour. For any call after 5pm, the first hour is $249, each hour after is $149. To show appreciation for those who serve our communities, I offer a 15% discount to: Military (Veterans and Active Duty) Police Officers Firefighters Nurses Educators It's just a small way to say thank you for all you do. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple, clear, and hassle-free. Here’s how we typically work with new customers: 1. Let’s Talk Give us a call or shoot us a message. We’ll listen to what you need, ask a few quick questions, and figure out the best way to help. 2. Free Estimate For most jobs, we’ll come out and take a look in person. After that, we’ll give you a clear, honest estimate—no hidden fees, no pressure. 3. Scheduling the Work Once you’re ready, we’ll find a time that works for you. 4. Getting the Job Done We take pride in doing quality work, keeping things clean, and respecting your space. We’ll keep you in the loop along the way. 5. Final Walkthrough When the job’s done, we’ll walk you through everything, answer any questions, and make sure you're happy with the results. 6. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 8 years in the electrical field, I’ve built solid hands-on experience alongside formal training, which has given me the technical foundation and safety knowledge to confidently handle a wide range of residential electrical work. I completed OSHA 10 & 30 certifications, a 4-year apprenticeship, and earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Additionally, I am a Certified Quality Manager - Construction through the Corps of Engineers. I stay up to date with the latest codes and best practices to ensure every job meets or exceeds industry standards. Continuous learning is key in this business, and I’m committed to staying sharp to provide the best service possible.
