Introduction: Expert Computer Support & Training! As a retiree I offer decades of experience at the best rates available anywhere. $15 <= 1/2 hour telephone consult or training, OR $40 <= 2-hours online service or tutoring, then $25/hour thereafter, if needed. I only charge for success and guarantee my work. Formerly a diagnostic medical imaging systems field service engineer, technical support manager, trainer, technical writer, and assistant director of compliance and quality assurance at major medical CT Scan, MRI, Mammography & X-ray systems manufacturers. I am here today and shall remain here tomorrow. I seek long-term clients, not a fast buck at your expense. There is NO substitute for thorough diagnosis, repair, and optimization, accompanied by solid user comprehension. During my medical systems career, at times the line between my engineering and a patient’s life or death was astonishingly thin, and thrust upon me without warning. Early-on I was forced to confront the deep cost of malfunctions, the value of precious data, the real world consequence of its loss or delay; and not merely the immediate price of such. My dedication is to your best outcome, not mine. Hire me only once you have decided you are serious, and desire a skilled professional who will expend the effort needed to probe all corners of your systems seeking proper repair, recovery, performance, and bullet proof security. The freeware I bring may enable you to cancel costly subscription products, thus saving you more than my fee. I enjoy amazing the doubtful, who recognize they need help and who can muster the courage to overcome their justifiable fear of trusting their computer and data to an outside entity. I do not envy your position; however with me, the value of the results shall outweigh that perceived risk. Also, be aware that all Thumbtack vendors are backed by a $500,000 performance bond. No matter how hard you look, you will never find another such as me; because only my unique circumstance have conspired to make me available to you at these low prices. I have been a US government regulated financial professional, a stockbroker and registered CTA, NFA ID#:0464982. I am subject to federal jurisdiction for financial integrity. I assure your privacy and security. Please check my reviews and text or call now to chat.

Computer Repair

My sister and mother relied on me to obtain a good computer repair technician. Tony responded promptly, and really stepped up to the plate. He spent long hours with my sister explaining the computer issues to her, and took charge remotely. He even agreed to come back a second day to complete the job to perfection. My family was impressed with his patience and technical skill. He wanted to go above and beyond the original issue, to ensure the computer was repaired in all aspects, and that the customer was happy. He explained and did things that every computer user should know and be doing. He went so far as to install a complimentary virus protection application on the computer. Really appreciate the professionalism, and the extra mile. We would recommend him highly and without reservation.

Computer Repair

Before I can gloat about Anthony I have to tell you about my experience with 'Computer Hospital'. One day my laptop just stopped working and wouldn't boot up. I took it to Computer Hospital. I repeatedly told them that the only two things I wanted off the old computer were my pictures and my favorites. They removed the hard drive and tested it - it still had all the information on it, intact. I chose to use an external case that housed the hard drive and plugged into the computer. The pictures were transferred but not my favorites. Letitia told me that the favorites were still in my old computer and COULD NOT BE ACCESSED without re-installing the hard drive for about $80 which would leave me with the original broken computer that wasn't booting. It then needed to be fixed for another $250 or so or I could buy another computer that was 5-6 years old to be compatible with the hard drive and then they could conceivably transfer the favorites for $80. I opted to think about it. Anthony promised me he could get my Favorites off of the hard drive itself because he was experienced and KNEW what he was doing. When I questioned him and told him what Computer Hospital had said, he answered that you had to KNOW where to look. He was punctual and worked hard the entire time. He was quite shocked at the disarray on my cheap new computer from Walmart and was even more surprised that I didn't want new 'shortcuts' to make navigation easier. He spent five hours re-arranging my new computer to make it easier for me to use and only spent less than a half hour on the favorites problem ( so that problem was solved for $12.50 - he charges $25 an hour). He was attentive and didn't forget anything that I had asked for. He transferred ALL the information from the hard disk on to my new computer in an organized manner. He organized my taskbar so I could have access to anything I'd need on a regular basis. He made it so the computer opened onto the gmail page when I start it. He also put a mail icon on my taskbar so I don't have to do a search for gmail - just press a button instead. After two hours or so I could hear his words and I couldn't comprehend anything yet he kept working merrily along. I am not a techie, yet I am confident that he did his best to take care of me. At the end of five hours he said my bill was $100.00. I insisted that it be$125.00. And then after that he still helped me with Paypal and transferring money - that was about another hour that he didn't get paid for. Will I use him again? Absolutely. Just not for a while because I am Covid poor. Do I recommend him? Absolutely. Give him a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Computer Repair

Wow, I don't even know where to start. So I came to Tony with a boot partition error after I had set up my machine to dual boot windows and linux. I screwed that up so badly that I rendered my computer pretty much unusable. Since remote connection was impossible, Tony had me use my smartphone camera to show him the screen and he literally talked me through the next 5 hours, step by step, until finally I had a working computer. The man has the patience of a clam. When I was doubting this could be done remotely or that it was even fixable Tony replied with "David, I'm am expert, I do this stuff all the time" He not only got me back up and running, he then proceeded to clean up the absolute mess that I had made with my desktop and browser add-ons. He probably doubled the speed of my machine and in the process convinced me that I don't really need to download EVERYTHING that looks interesting. He hands down knows his stuff, he explained every single thing he did and why it needed to be done. His communication style was like that "one teacher"everybody has had, that just knew how to convey information in a straightforward and easy manner. Finally, his fees were more then reasonable. Had I used one of the many "computer experts" I found online, I would have EASILY paid twice what Tony charged me. I HIGHLY recommend Tony and I am totally convinced you will have the same experience that I had with him. Thanks man, your a lifesaver! David R. Montaperto Denver, Colorado
