- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally charge per hour. There are discounts for minimum amount of hours, multiple people, etc. We will tailor the fees as well as the curriculum depending on your situation. Take a few minutes to meet me, let's have coffee and chat about your goals. Let's see if we are a good match.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have any prior Spanish experience, we will start with a short exam to understand your current level. I like to meet before starting class to understand your motivation for learning Spanish as well as how YOU learn best, visually, verbally, etc
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Masters degree in Curriculum and teaching and have over 22 years experience
