ASAP Appliance was a answer to our prayers. Our dryer got fried after a leaky cap got all the lint wet in the vent and then burned up the unit. They were able to identify the issue quickly, were very compassionate and understanding to our situation and worked with us to get a solution. The technician Brian was an amazing guy, so kind and hardworking. Mike and Darren also took care of us and were very patient and understanding with our family and because of the experience we had with this amazing team we will forever be loyal to this company. They do what they say and when surprises come up they get creative and really helped. Thank you team for helping us through our dryer nightmare we cant thank you guys enough ❤️ so grateful! If your looking for a hardworking, honest, reliable, kind and compassionate company in the Greater Port Charlotte area look no further.
