- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to touch base with a phone call and go over exactly what the experience will be like. From there I can create a one of a kind menu for their specific needs and preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have grown up in restaurants since I was 15 (10+ years experience) I have always been passionate about cooking & learning techniques of every cuisine. I have paired that with the nutrition certificate I got from Shaw academy. I always apply nutrition and taste as the centerpiece for my food. I have completed plant based culinary programs to understand the endless possibilities of food.
