- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and always confirmed before your appointment sp there are no surprises. Mobile travel fees vary based on distance and are agreed upon upfront. Loan signing fees depend on package type. Same-day and after-hours appointments may include a small convenience fee. If you're not sure what your job will cost, just reach out. I'll give you a straight answer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple. You reach out, I ask a few quick questions about your document and location, we confirm a time that works for you, and I come to you, or we connect online via Remote Online Notarization.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent. I am NNA background screened, carry E&O insurance, and am certified by the Florida Department of State for Remote Online Notarization. I also hold a Cannabis-Friendly Notary Certification through Notary Coach and am completing apostille agent training through internationally recognized instructor Judi Lawrence.
