- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With prices rising everywhere we strive to keep our cost as low as possible so we can pass the savings to our customers. Providing complete phone quotes to eliminate multiple appointments lets us save on man hours and gas. We also offer discounted pricing for larger jobs and don't forget our Senior and Military discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather as much information over the phone to establish a estimate. Once we a arrive at your home we confirm what is needed to complete the job and pricing. Sometimes there is more or less work needed that can not be seen over the phone. We are able to adjust on site from adding a different service all together to scaling down the work needed. Our crews are prepared to offer and complete any of our services at any given appointment as long as time permits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 25 years in the flooring business Brent begin his flooring career after retiring from Olan Mills INC as there National Photographic Supervisor. He worked with the leading steam cleaning company for a few years until realizing that the majority of the customers where not satisfied with the end result due to resurfacing stains and musty odors. He realized after training photographers all over the United States that the smallest detail matters! He sought out a better way to clean and learned that a eco-friendly chemical method resolved any issues that he had in the past. He then teamed up with a master installer for 10 years learning restretching, repair and installation of carpet and hardwood flooring. Once his partner retired he took over Carpet's R Us in 2008 renaming to Brewer's Carpet's R Us. Combining all of his skills including great attention to detail to help his customers avoid replacing carpet as long as possible. From cleaning to restretching Brent has mastered the art of rejuvenating carpeting, upholstery, tile and grout and residential / commercial flooring resurfacing.
