I just hired them this morning, so lanai epoxy floor not installed yet. But I have great expectations based on the extremely professional presentation. Randy certainly impressed me with his knowledge and perfectionist approach to his business.

I obtained 3 Quotes, for the project. Floor Groomers was the highest, however the other companies did not have a good track record. I was so impressed by the company and I have to say it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had and I’m 71 I’ve on over 35 homes in my lifetime and I’ve had lots of construction work done and lots of different stuff done done and these guys were absolutely the best, the most professional, the kindest sweetest people I have ever met so I can’t can’t justify like to go to somebody else when they probably didn’t last as long as this gentleman and his family owned business do it so pick them thanks

I contacted Floor Groomers, along with other garage flooring contractors, to come by and provide a quote to prep and resurface my two-car garage with an epoxy/polyaspartic finish. After meeting with Randy, I concluded he checked all the boxes, i.e. professional in appearance, demeanor, and knowledge; arrived on time; thoroughly inspected the garage floor (including measuring the garage concrete floor for moisture intrusion not performed by other contractors); gave a detailed timeline for prep work, material application, and cure process; and presented me with a detailed, and competitive quote that included a moisture barrier application sufficient to protect the garage floor from the high reading of moisture content in the slab.Once we worked out the details, his work proved to be as expected totally professional with great attention to detail. He arrived on time each day, was considerate to neighbors regarding placement of his equipment and cleanliness of the work area, and completed the job on time. Through the process, he kept me informed of every aspect of the concrete grinding, and each step of the application process. Thank you for a job well done!!

We have completed thousands of square footage of concrete surfaces. We train year round with our partners to ensure we are up to date on the latest products and equipment. We have taken additional courses and training with our distributors to ensure products are being used to their specifications and properly installed.
