Valdo was punctual in responding to my request and scheduling an appointment to assemble large/heavy pieces of furniture. He did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to work with; his large number of positive reviews are spot on. He is skilled in a variety of areas, and even helped me with a few small projects once he finished the original tasks. I will certainly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

I’m not sure about everyone else but when it comes to assembling IKEA furniture I could not be more helpless. I am new to thumbtack and decided to find someone to help. I came across Valdo, and reached out. He responded immediately! His estimate was very fair and 2 hours later he was at my home ready to help me. I just moved into my new house so multiple workers were in and out all day and it was all very hectic for me. Except for Valdo, who worked quietly and efficiently and got the job done in a timely manner. He is very professional and also just a kind person and will be real and upfront with you about the work he does. I would recommend him to anyone and I am happy to of found a local handy man :) and love how my furniture turned out! Couldn’t of done it without him

Highly recommended. Valdo is a super personable and professional worker. I had him hang two patio fans for me. There were preexisting light fixtures where the fans were to be hung. He tackled the task with confidence and he had it done in no time. I also found his pricing to be very reasonable. I found when he left that one of the fans had a SLIGHT wobble. It was something that even my wife barely noticed but it bothered me. I messaged Valdo and he came back a couple days later and fixed the issue for me no charge. I will definitely be keeping him in mind for future work.

Next day service. I threw as many tasks at this guy as I could and he reviewed my list, asked questions, paid attention and assisted with light placements and any questions I had. He was ahead of schedule, communicated greatly, and tolerated my nosey peeks and questions. I would use this company again and feel bad for anyone else off thumbtack that I hire, the bar has been set high!!
