Roni comes to help my family have a clean home every other week. She is dependable, always sends I reminder text the night before - which I totally appreciate - thorough, timely and respectful. Roni is very easy to communicate with and I feel very safe having her in the house with me AND trust her completely in the house when we are not at home. So far, so good. I would absolutely recommend Roni for any cleaning help you may need - she does an awesome job. Wish I could have her come more often!!

It's rare to have your expectations exceeded, but Roni has figured out a way to do just that by cleaning well and charging fairly. Because she understands perfection--that cleanliness means my business is on the line--she delivers. She answered concerns I had (without taking offense) beforehand, and seemed eager to please. I know she will grow her business because of her attitude and abilities. It is a blessing to have good help and deal with a professional. I will hire her again for another property and refer her to others.

Roni is amazing! I am very particular with my home and with Roni's cleaning today, it exceeded all of my expectations. She was on time, cleaned far better than I've experienced since I moved back here 2 years ago. She is very sweet and did everything I asked her to do. Roni did a wonderful time cleaning our apartment. She arrived early, was well prepared, and did a thorough job cleaning. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working full time at a restaurant along with going to school and being a mom. I felt like I never got to see my girls and it was killing me. I was doing housekeeping on the side for extra income with a friend of mine who owned her own business & i decided to get my license so I could have a more flexible schedule and get to spend more time with my girls. i'm so happy I made the decision to start my own business because i've always enjoyed cleaning and I get to make new friends with new clients everyday!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I am very hardworking & any sort of cleaning I do that has my name on it will be as close to perfect as possible.
