- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the project, the condition of the existing structure, and the materials required. Every job is different, so we provide a detailed estimate after reviewing the project. Estimates are always free and no obligation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the project and gathering basic information about the work needed. Then we schedule a time to visit the property, inspect the area, and take measurements. After that, we provide a detailed written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the job and complete the work efficiently and professionally, keeping the client updated throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in exterior construction, including siding installation, wood replacement, and exterior repairs. Over 15 years of working in the field, I’ve completed a wide range of residential projects, including Hardie siding, wood rot repair, and work around screen enclosures and aluminum pan roofs. Most of my training comes from real on-the-job experience, and we also continue to stay up to date by attending industry trainings, courses, and trade shows each year. We focus on proper installation techniques, safety, and quality workmanship on every project.
