- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount for Veterans and First Responders. We are pretty competitive with other contractors although, the more creative you get, the costlier it will be. Remember, "Good work isn't cheap & cheap work isn't good"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time for a design consultation, talk with our potential clients to get to know them, their tastes, likes and dislikes, then we go over the area, a few design ideas, and then, we come up with an estimate and begin the scheduling process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained in 2017 on how to design and install these products and continue to receive updated training on a regular basis.
