We had Sam do our roof, exterior front door, exterior wall, and driveway power/chemical wash. We were selling our house at the time and thought it needed a spruce up. He arrived early for the job ready to go. I have never seen a driveway, roof, and exterior this clean on a house. This is the second time using his services (previous roof repair, see rating above) and if we were still in Florida I would use them every time I needed a service he provided. Thanks again for the great work and honest price. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would!!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a few certified cards through the Carpenter's Union of Orlando, a 30 HR OSHA CERTIFIED Training, CPR, 40 HR scaffold certified card. I'm certified through CertainTeed shingles and flat rubber roof application.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In highschool during the Summer I'd Help my father with his business "Cummings Construction" framing & Custom wood work! Then 2006 I started working For A. Larsson & Sons Roofing doing repairs, and reroofs. in 2008 I joined The Carpenters Union l.o.1765 at the time now 1905! left them in 2015 did plumbing for 8 months and ask my father for support to get my LLC, " Cummings Outdoors Services LLC,
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
pictures will always tell a story of workmanship more pictures of the work better off knowing what to look forward to..
