So thankful to have Trey servicing the Epperson and Wiregrass community as we have a lot of critters around here that pose a risk to our furbabies (snakes, possums, raccoons, etc.). I wouldn't trust anyone else to get the job done! He's timely, professional and always responds quickly!

Trey has done work on two houses for me to remove rodents from accessing the home. He has always been very responsive and very prompt. He is a kind and considerate person, which is particularly important to me as I prioritize the most humane methods of removal necessary. I can tell he also prioritizes this! I ask a lot of questions, and hes always quick to answer a phone call, even my follow up questions after the job was finished. I will recommend him to anyone!!

Tray was very helpful through the whole process of the rodent removal at my property. He explained each step and how he was going to secure the home to prevent more mice from getting in. The quote was fast and very fair priced. I appreciated that he walked around the property even checking on the roof before he gave me a quote. Our pricing varies depending on the specific job as variation in damage and numbers of infestations dictates just how much goes into each. This is why we offer FREE inspections, no obligation. We are always upfront, honest, and attempt to keep our prices at a fair rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will ask for basic information over the phone to get a general understanding of what the client is looking for. Then, we schedule a free inspection at our next earliest available appointment time. During this appointment we inspect the property, top to bottom and provide a quote for suggested services. This could be as minimal as a dead animal removal, basic preventative services, a trapping session...etc. or as invasive as a full attic restoration to remove old feces and urine that are contaminating the attic space.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Gulf Coast Wildlife Removal FL has been in this line of work for almost a decade. Though, he's been around and dealt with various animals his entire life.
