- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial diagnostic fee of $125 is waived if you choose to proceed with the repair. Discounts are available for customers needing more than one appliance repaired. Discounts are offered for veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply provide your contact info as well as any information you have regarding the appliance and current issue. Leave the rest to Mr. Appliance and we will professionally diagnose and repair the appliance. Our service professionals are always courteous and take extra care to respect your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Management is meticulously trained and service professionals are pre-qualified to perform the required service prior to dispatch. At Mr. Appliance, we take pride in putting the customer first. We are a customer service company that just happens to be really good at fixing appliances.
